Arundhati Baitmangalkar

Arundhati Baitmangalkar has always been passionate about fitness and living life to its fullest. She started her career as a dance and fitness trainer in Bangalore, India with the Shiamak Group, India’s foremost Bollywood dance academy. Arundhati is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 certified teacher from Aananda Yoga Indea in Mysore, India under Yogacharya Bharath Shetty, a renowned disciple of B.K.S Iyengar. This school has recently been named as one of the top fifteen schools to do a yoga teachers training from. Arundhati has completed an additional 200 hours teacher training from RYS Atmayaan Wellness in Bangalore, India. Following which she trained with Yogacharya H.S.Arun from Prashanth Yogasharya, a senior Iyenagar teacher and well known disciple of Guruji B.K.S Iyengar. She continues her learning with her Guru Yogacharya Bharath Shetty and regularly attends Yoga workshops and seminars in India and abroad

Arundhati teaches Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy for special conditions, Meditation, Philosophy and Chanting. Her teaching style focuses on simplicity and on building a strong foundation of practice incorporating a keen sense of alignment, strong emphasis on the co-ordination and importance of proper breathing, building one’s own awareness and merging yoga philosophy into one’s daily practice and life.

Arundhati teaches group classes, private sessions and workshops. She also runs her own Bollywood dance school under the name of “BollyWorks”.

Srujana Aouk

Srujana, RYT 200/Yoga Teacher, is from South India. Through her teaching she strives to communicate that yoga needs discipline and regular practice, and not a “yoga body”. Her goal is to make every participant of her classes feel like they’ve accomplished something that day. Her practice is rooted in the classical yoga practices and she graduated from Aham Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2017. When she isn’t teaching yoga, she enjoys dancing, gardening and playing with her kids.
